Between us we have over 60 years experience in the restoration and repair of Classic Japanese and BMW Motorcycles.  We are not like other motorcycle workshops or many of the main dealers. We offer a flexible, one-to-one service to our customers. Our skilled and fully qualified mechanics have a passion for these machines ..... and it shows!  Whether the job is big or small we will discuss the work in detail with you, and keep you informed every step of the way. Motorcycle MOT and Servicing – All Makes & Models

We built our own workshop and office based at the Speedway Arena in Highbridge, Somerset.  Our workshop is clean and tidy. Our MOT bay has the latest equipment. We have a comfortable MOT viewing area or if you prefer you can sit outside in the sun (or more likely, rain) and watch your MOT being carried out....... with a cup of tea of course.

We assumed that our MOT customers would be from local areas like Highbridge, Bridgwater, Burnham-on-Sea, Taunton and Weston-Super-Mare.  But we were wrong .... very wrong.  We have MOT customers from across the Somerset and North Somerset region, from Bristol, Bath, Wells, Cheddar, Glastonbury and Street, to Wiltshire and Devon.  

We carry out MOT tests from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and from 8.30am to 1.00pm on Saturdays.  Phone for an appointment or drop in at the workshop - if we are free your MOT can be carried out while you wait.

Ultra Sonic Carb Cleaning

Our Ultra Sonic Carb Cleaning Service is second to none. We do not believe that spraying a bit of squirty on them and then blowing through with an air hose will ever be good enough. So we don’t do it.... ever.  Sonic carb cleaning is the only way.

Our reputation for providing an excellent carb cleaning service has spread quickly.  We have carbs delivered to us from all over the UK and Ireland.

Post your carbs to us or drop them in if you happen to be in Somerset and we will give them a full strip and sonic clean. They will be rebuilt to standard settings.  As well as making sure your carbs are thoroughly cleaned we will repair them if necessary and set the float height and mixture screws correctly before returning them to you with a re-fitting information leaflet.

De-Rusting

Rust and corrosion as well as being unsightly can weaken and eventually eat through important components. We offer a highly effective de-rusting service.

Aqua Blasting

Aqua-blasting also known as Vapour Blasting is a far more gentle, yet incredibly effective way of removing rust and grime on crank cases and aluminium components. Have a look at our Aqua Blasting page and see the difference for yourself.

Classic Japanese Motorcycle and Classic BMW Motorcycle Restoration Services, Engine Re-Builds & Repairs

We specialise in and offer a full restoration, engine re-build and repair services for all makes / models of Classic Japanese Motorcycles and BMW motorcycles.  Again our mechanics will keep you informed every step of the way and even email you step by step photographs of your project.
